Notable Differences

Each turn affords an amount of Action Points, which the player must employ at their discretion. This means that the player can make several moves per turn. It also introduces a measure of carnage which tends to speed up the pace of the game considerably.

Pieces can move in any direction on a hexagonal board, many have special abilities. Some pieces can move over other pieces, some can move under. Some pieces can travel from one end of the board to another, in a single move.

Environment tiles appear randomly. Some create hazard, others create opportunity.
